1. Quote-Based Orders
All products are sold through a quotation system. Prices shown on the website are indicative only. A formal quote will be provided after your request is received, based on:

2. Acceptance of Quotes
Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue. Your order will be processed only after written acceptance and confirmation of payment, if applicable.
3. Delivery
Delivery may be handled by Bark Concrete Art or a third-party courier, depending on your location and order size. We will provide estimated delivery times upon quote acceptance. Delays beyond our control (e.g. courier disruptions) are not our liability, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
4. Product Variation
All products are handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, or colour are natural and part of the charm of artisanal concrete pieces.
5. Liability
Bark Concrete Art is not liable for damage caused during transit if delivered by a third-party courier. We will take every reasonable measure to package items securely.
